Annemarie’s inspiration to become an Ontological Coach is because she is fulfilling her dream of helping others to transform their lives, just as she did hers through the SOAR Institute. For Annemarie, her own life shifted when she did SOAR’s Optimal State Workshop (OSW) a few years ago, followed by many other personal development and transformational workshops and courses that are offered by the SOAR Institute.
“I value the impact of becoming an Ontological Coach because of my own personal growth and development through the powerful distinctions that I’ve made for my own life. The exposure to a basis for behavioural and cultural transformation, the use of language, body language, moods, how to shift moods, the role of conversations and also the gift of understanding myself better, is all part of my inspiration. I am passionate about the possibilities provided for transformation and assisting clients with their transformation to accomplish an independent self-worth through self-expression and self‑understanding. I am also enthusiastic about learning and about assisting clients to transform in such a way that they can celebrate their lives and accomplish excellence through their lives.
Annemarie’s experience in the corporate environment, where she’s been working in a board of trustees’ secretariat environment since 2005, gives her excellent insight into the current corporate space, particularly in the areas of administration and governance, in which she holds a professional CIS qualification for these skills. She is also currently in her third year of studies towards becoming a Chartered Secretary.
Annemarie is available to assist with coaching sessions on weekdays after 18:00 and on Saturdays in the Centurion and Pretoria areas.
