The coherence of our language, emotions and body, collectively create what we refer to as state. By noticing how we observe, we create the possibility and the potential to shift the habitual ways we observe. This creates the possibility of changing limiting behavioural patterns. By becoming a new observer of ourselves and the systems in which we work, we can modify old interpretations that trap us in negative or destructive spirals that do not produce the outcomes we desire.
