The SOAR Institute has several coaches who have undergone specialised training and qualified as Ontological Coaches. Ontology is the study of human behaviour and our coaches have specialised in becoming the human observer, offering one-on-one personal development coaching, which brings about sustained and profound change within their clients. This coaching style goes way beyond mere performance and achievements for results in individuals or organisations, and fundamentally shifts human behaviour.

Anusheri Padayachee firstname.lastname@example.org
Anusheri was inspired to become an Ontological Coach because she found herself undergoing an intense transformational journey with the SOAR institute which began with doing the Optimal State Workshop, and followed with a number of other exceptional workshops which she felt heightened her interest in Ontological Coaching.
Annemarie de Bruyn email@example.com
Annemarie’s inspiration to become an Ontological Coach is because she is fulfilling her dream of helping others to transform their lives, just as she did hers through the SOAR Institute. For Annemarie, her own life shifted when she did SOAR’s Optimal State Workshop (OSW) a few years ago, followed by many other personal development and transformational workshops and courses that are offered by the SOAR Institute.

Ilana Friedman email@example.com
For Ilana Friedman, the notion that almost every philanthropic endeavour begins with someone experiencing a pivotal life event, became real for her following a life-threatening crime incident in 2003. Instead of becoming defeated, she accepted the invitation life handed to her, and found her true calling forming a charitable organisation called Magical Moments, shortly thereafter and ultimately leading her into her Ontological Coaching role.
Jessentha Moodley firstname.lastname@example.org
While Jessentha is an admitted attorney practising since 2012, holding a BComm in Economics (University of Pretoria) and an LLB (University of Pretoria), her desire to gain a deeper understanding of human beings, was her inspiration for becoming an Ontological Coach.
Srini Moodley email@example.com
As corporate businessman who has spent 32 years in the IT/Telecomms corporate sector working for many multinational and local companies, Srini Moodley’s quest to find purpose and meaning to life’s journey is what lead him to become an Ontological Coach.
Ursula Le Roux firstname.lastname@example.org
Ursula’s decision to become an Ontological Coach was motivated by her desire to understand how SOAR directors and founders, Gavin and Riaad, are so powerfully able to reach through all the stories, to the heart of the matter. Her purpose in coaching is to co-create a space where breakthroughs can be made by clients.
