Zahida Naidoo’s experience as a qualified Human Resources Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in the HR field, combined with her ICF training qualification as an Ontological Coach with The SOAR Institute, makes her a much sought after coach by corporates.
In addition to her passion for working with the grown-ups, she has a joyful passion for the younger generation of corporate leaders, and recently assisted The SOAR Institute to launch “SPARK”- a children’s workshop which she currently co-facilitates with SOAR Director, Riaad Isaacs. She firmly believes that by igniting the powerful spark in children today will fan the flame of passion for generations to come.
“After leaving the corporate environment, I felt a deep desire to continue to work with people and was drawn to Ontological Coaching’s holistic approach of working with the way of being which includes the domain of language, the body, moods and emotions. We create our own reality through our thoughts, language, emotions and actions. With this in mind, I aspire to play a supportive role to enable clients to become more aware of their use of language, their moods and emotions and the way in which they use their bodies thereby opening a world full of possibilities. This will allow clients to interpret their way of being and how they engage with life,” says Zahida.
I’ve derived immense personal value during the process of becoming an Ontological Coach. I believe that in today’s rapidly changing, extremely busy, stressful environment, coaching has become vital in assisting people to become more open to exploring different possibilities. I’ve grown in so many different ways through this course as well as other workshops offered by The SOAR Institute and I find myself on a wonderful journey of lifelong learning, leading to my continuous growth and transformation.
My purpose as an Ontological Coach is to guide clients to find the answers from deep within and to seize opportunities and realise their full potential.
Zahida is available for Coaching Sessions on both weekdays and weekends.
