Although Vivashan is a registered professional engineer, who holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering (Wits), BSc Mechanical Engineering (UKZN) and Financial Management certificate (Henley Business School), it was the major shift he experienced while enrolled in an executive coaching programme by the SOAR Institute that led him to pursue qualifying as an Ontological Coach.
His academic interests are in complexity theory and ontology applied to understanding the future of work as a result of three key digital technologies- Industrial IoT, AI (Machine Learning/ Deep Learning) and Digital Twin.
