Gavin Friedman specialised as an Engineer in the field of diagnostic medical equipment and then moved into Sales and Application training. He quickly moved up into management and became a Shareholder and Director of a large medical supplies company.
In 2003 Gavin had a powerful turning point, which opened up a path into the world of personal transformation and coaching. He made the transition after 18 years in the medical field and left the medical industry to pursue his dream and passion of individual and organisational coaching and development.
He is passionate about assisting people to play their highest game in life and to realise their true potential.

He is also a founding board member of EDCSA (Enterprise Development Council of South Africa) and a Director of EDFM, a company dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs to grow their small enterprises into profitable and large businesses.
He is a co-founding Director, together with his wife, of an NPO called Magical Moments, dedicated to the upliftment of vulnerable and underprivileged children.
He is a coach, a facilitator and speaker and hosted a monthly coaching radio programme.
Gavin’s approach is to question and “perturb” – in order to stimulate a different way of thinking and being. As an “agathist”, he believes that everything tends towards the good and the possible.
Gavin believes that when given an opportunity, everybody has the ability to find that unique and authentic aspect within him or herself. In connecting to your true potential, you will then not only rise to your biggest game, but also start to live your dreams and determine your destiny. Gavin is constantly exploring and expanding on the dimensions of self-growth, personal and organisational leadership.
